Sophie Woodrooffe is a freelance multimedia journalist currently reporting on Indigenous politics and culture. Her work has appeared in local and international outlets, including CBC, The Globe and Mail and The Jakarta Post. She has an M.A. in philosophy and is completing an M.J. at UBC’s Graduate School of Journalism.
